Fred G.Layman presented a rare copy of the 1924 Victory Annual to his friend, Sharon Sprouse Bramhall, in 2007.   Sharon’s great-uncle, Newton Anderson, was included in this issue as a sophomore.

 



[1] Forrest Poling (born circa 1907) became a coach and then principal at Victory High School and also at Summit Park Junior High, Clarksburg.

[2] Later, Mrs. Lillie Morgan, Victory High English teacher

[3] Louis E. Bauld (1908-1976) of Summit Park, became Harrison County Superintendent of Schools.

[4] Hazel Gaines Miles (1908-1983) d/o Allen & Edna Gaines of Summit Park, was a long time 2nd grade teacher at Summit Park Elementary School.

[5] Kenneth Mittong (1909-2003) taught biology at Victory High.

[6] Mayaka was a post office within North View,  Clarksburg, WV.
